Joe Schultz, a former musician and luthier, is a three-time Emmy nominee for his work on Lost, part of a long relationship with Disney and ABC. In 2020, he served as supervising sound editor and re-recording mixer on Them, an Amazon Studios original series. In 2019 Schultz opened Waterman Sound in Toluca Lake, Calif., in partnership with Vortechs, a picture facility. Projects already completed at Waterman Sound include ADR for series The Good Place (NBC), Castle Rock (Warner Bros.), Blackish (ABC Studios) and What We Do in the Shadows (Fox) and feature vilms Charlie’s Angels and Jojo Rabbit. The facility also mixed The Loudest Voice for Showtime, Queen America for Facebook and Once Upon a Time for ABC.
