Kendra Ruczak is a magazine editor, writer, and producer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in covering film and television production and post production topics with an emphasis on storytelling, technology, and collaboration. 

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from UCLA, Kendra began a career in journalism with a focus on film production. She joined the staff of Sound & Picture Magazine and served as the publication’s Associate Editor and Managing Editor for ten years. In 2022, she joined Post Publishing as the Managing Editor of CGW Magazine and a contributing writer for Post Magazine. 

Kendra has presented at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) and has moderated a variety of filmmaking panels for Apple TV+, the Behind the Slate Screening Series, and the Los Angeles Post Production Group (LAPPG).
