Recording engineer/mixer/producer Alan Meyerson has spent most of his career since 1994 recording and mixing scores and soundtracks for motion pictures, television, and video games. Before he found his calling in music for media, Alan started by mixing dance music in the early 1980’s with some of the great New York producers. After moving to Los Angeles to pursue mixing R&B and Pop records, Meyerson found himself working extensively with James Newton Howard, Harry Gregson Williams, John Powell, Kris Bowers, Daft Punk, Danny Elfman, and many others including enjoying a long-time relationship with Hans Zimmer with whom he’s done over 100 movies. Alan has added teaching and mentoring to his interests over the last ten years alongside organizations such as “Mix With The Masters” and Berkeley School of Music.
