Rodrigo Ortiz was born in Mexico City and has called Los Angeles home for over two decades. As Chief Engineer at Formosa at Paramount, he brings a lifelong love of cinema, storytelling, and sound to everything he does. From an early dream of working in Hollywood to shaping the audio of major film and TV projects, Rodrigo combines technical skill with a creative ear. A former beekeeper, urban farmer, and Eaton Fire survivor, he’s known for solving problems on the fly, leading with heart, and always chasing that perfect mix that brings stories to life.
