With a B.S. in Business Information Technology Management, he designs and maintains systems that integrate network engineering, audio/visual technology, and rigorous information security protocols to safeguard sensitive content. Phong is also at the forefront of enabling remote workflows—building reliable, scalable solutions that allow creative teams to collaborate seamlessly from anywhere in the world. A former Marine Musician with the U.S. Marine Band, he brings a unique blend of discipline, precision, and technical innovation to every project, whether in the studio, on location, or supporting FOH live sound operations.
