Stephanie Flack commenced her film career in Sydney, Australia working with Bruce Beresford, George Ogilvie and “Snowy River” George Miller, among others. 

Moving to Los Angeles, she continued her career in sound editing, working for all the major Hollywood Studios as well as independent sound houses Weddington, SOUNDELUX, SoundStorm, Sound Dogs and Creative Cafe. In 2000, Stephanie began a 21 year collaboration with Sound Designer Dane Davis and his company Danetracks as an ADR/ Dialogue Supervisor and Supervising Sound Editor.
Among a wide range of feature films, she has worked with Lana and Lilly Wachowski (The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions, Speed Racer, Jupiter Ascending, Sense8), Curtis Hanson (8 Mile), Gavin Hood (Ender’s Game), Andrew Niccol (Lord of War), Michael Mann (The Insider) and James McTeigue (Ninja Assassin, Sense8, Messiah). Stephanie has received MPSE Golden Reel awards for Black Robe and Blackhawk Down.

Recently, Stephanie completed work as Supervising Sound Editor on Lana Wachowski’s The Matrix Resurrections.
