Stéphane Bucher is an established and highly-respected sound recordist for film and television. He started in 1995 and went to a discipline training school in Paris for sound. After he completed the program, he used to work in documentary television, news and transitioned into boom operating for TV dramas and TV movies in 2000. After seven years of intense experiences he moved to sound mixing. In recent years, he has risen through the ranks and has worked on some of Hollywood’s most successful directors including Luc Besson, Damien Chazelle, David Fincher and Ridley Scott on worldwide locations for both UK and US based productions.
