Richard is a production sound mixer originally from the UK  based in Auckland, New Zealand since 2001.  Since graduating from  the  UK National Film and Television School in 1991 he has worked with some of the world's most renowned filmmakers including directors Lynne Ramsay, Michael Winterbottom, Jane Campion, Edgar Wright, and Derek Cianfrance.  Credits from over 70 film and television productions include HOT FUZZ, TOP OF THE LAKE, THE LIGHT BETWEEN OCEANS, A MIGHTY HEART and RATCATCHER, on which he was also dialogue editor. Honours include BAFTA, AACTA and EMMY® nominations and in 2021 a DAYTIME EMMY® win for THE NEW LEGENDS OF MONKEY.
