David Semon is a Re-Recording Mixer & Mix Tech born and raised in Los Angeles. He studied music composition & jazz guitar at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle before moving back to LA, where he started his career in Post Sound. He started off as an audio assistant at a trailer mixing house doing mix tech work and sound editorial. Afterwards, he moved to Formosa Group as a mix tech, starting on broadcast working his way into to features. Notable mix tech credits include Send Help, The Rip, & Maxxxine. Since, he has started moving into the mixing chair. His recent mixing credits include upcoming films Purgatory (TIFF 2026) & Goody Goody (AMC +)
