Stacey Hempel is a freelance Re-recording Mixer. Stacey mixes a variety of post production audio projects, including Documentary series/films, Promos, Trailers, Marketing promos, Sizzle reels, Podcasts, Creative Content, Short Films, Indie Films, and Feature Film bonus content. Stacey has mixed projects for CNN, Disney, Paramount Pictures, DC Universe, HBO, Dreamworks, Amazon, Lucasfilm, and The Oprah Winfrey Show to name but a few; as well as being a part of The Grammy Awards broadcast audio team specifically as the Pro Tools operator in the main music mix truck. Before moving into the Post Production Audio field, Stacey worked 3 years in live theatre sound at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, IL. Clients enjoy working with Stacey as she always delivers the final mix on time and creates a fun, laid back atmosphere during the final mix review. Stacey enjoys photography, hiking, museums, reading and volunteers on Saturdays at the California Science Center in the Space Shuttle Endeavour exhibit answering guests' questions about Endeavour.
