EVENT ATTENDANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1. By registering for this event, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not register for or attend the event.

1.3. Unless it is specified otherwise in the event information, you must be at least 18 years old to register for and attend the event.

1.4. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the event. You must also update this information if it changes before the event.

1.5. In these terms and conditions, if you are attending the event for purposes that are not part of your trade, business, or profession (in other words, if you are an individual attending for personal purposes or an employee attending on behalf of your employer), you are referred to as a "consumer".

2. REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION 

2.1. Registration for the event is subject to availability and acceptance by Future B2B LLC (in these terms referred to as the “organiser”).

2.2. The organiser reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to any person at its reasonable discretion.

2.3. Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

2.4. If you have any accessibility needs or require any special assistance to participate in the event, please notify the organiser as soon as possible by emailing blake.pippin@futurenet.com.  The organiser will accommodate any additional requirements notified this clause unless doing so would be unreasonable in all the circumstances or, for attendees based in the United States, would place an undue burden on the organiser or fundamentally alter the nature of the event. The organiser will let you know as soon as possible if it is unable to accommodate your request and will try to suggest an alternative solution.

3. EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

3.1. The organiser reserves the right to:

(a) modify the event content, format, schedule, or speakers;

(b) postpone or reschedule the event; or

(c) cancel the event,

in each case due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any other reasonable cause.

3.2. If the organiser cancels the event entirely, it will provide a refund of any fee paid. The organiser will not be liable for any other losses you may suffer as a result of the cancellation unless the cancellation was caused by the organiser's negligence or breach of these terms and condition

3.3. The organiser will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of any material changes to the event as soon as it is reasonably able to do so.

1. ATTENDEE CONDUCT

1.1. You agree to:

(a) comply with all instructions given by the organiser or its representatives;

(b) behave in a professional and respectful manner;

(c) not engage in any disruptive, offensive, or unlawful conduct; and

(d) not engage in unsolicited sales activity or unethical business practices.

1.2. The organiser reserves the right to remove you from the event immediately if, in its reasonable opinion, your conduct:

(a)creates a disruption;

(b) hinders the event or the enjoyment of the event by other attendees; or

(c) breaches these terms and conditions.

2. RECORDINGS AND USE OF LIKENESS

 2.1. By participating in the event, you acknowledge that:

(a) the event may be recorded, filmed, live streamed, or photographed;

(b) your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements may be captured in any media; and

(c) the organiser may use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publish such recordings and images for promotional, marketing, educational, or other business purposes without further approval from you or payment to you.

2.2. You give the organiser the right to use such recordings and images anywhere in the world, for free and for as long as they wish, as long as that is in accordance with these terms.

2.3. All recordings and images created by the organiser are the sole property of the organiser.

2.4 The organiser is under no obligation to record, photograph, or otherwise use your likeness.

2.5 If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you must inform the organiser before the event, and the organiser will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though this may affect your ability to fully participate in the event.

2.6  You must not record, film, photograph, or otherwise capture any part of the event yourself without the organiser's prior written permission.

3. PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The organiser will process your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://futureplc.com/privacy-policy/.

3.2. By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the privacy policy.

3.3. Your personal data may be shared with event sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties as described in the privacy policy.

4. FEES AND TAXES

4.1. All fees quoted for the event are exclusive of any applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, or other similar taxes) unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2 You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes in addition to the stated fee.

5. CANCELLATIONS BY ATTENDEE

5.1. If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify the organiser in writing at claire.blacker@futurenet.com.

5.2. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

(a) if you cancel on or before August 27, 2026: you will receive a refund of 85% of the fee (the organiser will retain 15% as an administration fee);

(b) if you cancel after August 27, 2026: no refund will be provided.

5.3. All cancellation requests must be received by the organiser before the event.

5.4. If you are a consumer and you cancel your registration within 14 days of registering (and the event has not yet taken place), you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid, regardless of the cancellation deadline above.  This does not apply if you agreed that the event would take place during the 14-day cancellation period and you registered for the event fewer than 14 days before it was due to take place.

6. SUBSTITUTIONS

6.1. If you are unable to attend the event, you may nominate a substitute attendee.

6.2. The substitute attendee must: 

(a) be from the same company (if applicable); and

(b) be approved by the organiser, who will not unreasonably withhold that approval.

6.3. You must notify the organiser of any substitution at least 7 days before the event by emailing claire.blacker@futurenet.com.

6.4. No additional fee will be charged for substitutions approved by the organiser.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

(a) the organiser provides the event on an "as is" basis;

(b) the organiser makes no warranties or representations regarding the event content, speakers, or any advice, information, or materials provided; and

(c) you participate in the event at your own risk.

7.2. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability you incur as a result of:

(a) any contract you enter into with an exhibitor, sponsor, or speaker;

(b) any advice, information, or materials provided by an exhibitor, sponsor, or speaker; or

(c) any dealings you have with any third party in connection with the event.

7.3. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the organiser's liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

7.4. If you are a consumer:

(a) these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights;

(b) you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws; and

(c) nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the organiser's liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

7.5. Subject to clauses 9.3 and 9.4, the organiser's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the event (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the fee paid by you.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All intellectual property rights in the event content, materials, and recordings belong to the organiser or its licensors.

8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any event content or materials without the organiser's prior written consent.

8.3. You may use event content and materials solely for your own personal or internal business purposes.

9. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

9.1. During the event, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors may share links to third party websites or provide their own materials, advice, or information. The organiser does not control that third party content and is not responsible for it. You should check the terms and privacy policies of any third party website before using it.

9.2. The organiser is not liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your use of or reliance on third party websites or content that is genuinely independent of the organiser. This does not affect any rights you may have against the organiser in respect of content or advice that the organiser itself has provided or recommended.

10. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

10.1. You are responsible for ensuring you have:

(a) a suitable internet connection;

(b) compatible hardware and software; and

(c) any other technical requirements necessary to access the event.

10.2. The organiser shall not be liable for any technical difficulties or failure to access the event due to your equipment, internet connection, or other factors outside the organiser's control.

11. COMPLAINTS

11.1. If you have any complaint about the event or these terms and conditions, please contact the organiser in writing at claire.blacker@futurenet.com.

11.2. If you are a consumer and you are not satisfied with the organiser's response, you may be able to refer your complaint to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to the courts.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

12.1. The organiser may update or change these terms and conditions from time to time.

12.2. If the organiser makes any material changes to these terms and conditions, the organiser will notify you by email (to the email address you provided during registration) or by posting a notice on the event registration page.

12.3. Any material changes will take effect no earlier than 14 days after you have been notified, or such longer period as required by law.

12.4. If you do not agree to the updated terms and conditions, you may cancel your registration in accordance with clause 7 of these terms. Your continued participation in the event after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

12.5. If you are a consumer, any changes to these terms and conditions that would significantly disadvantage you will not apply to any contract already in place between you and the organiser unless you agree to them.

13. GENERAL

13.1. These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and the organiser in relation to the event. They replace any other agreements or understandings you may have had with the organiser regarding the event.

13.2. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the rest of the terms and conditions will still apply.

13.3. If the organiser does not enforce any right under these terms and conditions immediately, this does not mean the organiser has given up that right or cannot enforce it later.

13.4. These terms and conditions are between you and the organiser only. No one else has the right to enforce any part of these terms and conditions.

13.5. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to anyone else without the organiser's written permission.

13.6. Any notice you need to send under these terms and conditions must be in writing. You should send it to claire.blacker@futurenet.com.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

14.1. If you are based in England or Wales:

(a) these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales; and

(b) the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.

14.2. If you are based in the United States:

(a) these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions; and

(b) you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.

14.3. If you are based in any other jurisdiction, the applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the organiser's general terms and conditions available here.
